this keeps up, I see big changes in toronto. We've got 2 top 5 3-point shooters in our lineup and can't keep the defense honest?
Yikes.

it's the point guards dude....they're brutal....solomon runs around like a chicken with his head cut off...his decision making is horrible and he doesn't run an offence at all...he makes the entry pass (sometimes) and the raps have to rely on 1 on 1 play to get baskets...ukic same deal....except he holds on to the ball for wayyyyyy too long.....this could be a long season man, for some reason I don't see this backup pg situation improving much...we need jose back ASAP.

that's what you get for two rookies as backup PG. though I see a lot of potential in Ukic.
Remember, Calderon used to be pretty terrible too, except he knew how to pass even as a rookie

ukic can't....he has no shot...any team who's smart is just going to front the rest of the guys and take away the pass....they won't allow him to even get the offense going....he doesn't have anything close to the skill level needed to be able to create things on his own and navigate around that....I think he'll be good eventually....but eventually is like 2-3 years down the road....Calderon was quite a bit better than him coming in IMO....he had the international experience with Spain which helped huge...Ukic has nothing and it's pretty evident.

Calderon had pretty crappy shot coming too. So yeah, Ukic will turn decent few yrs down the road.
It's going to be a long season without calderon... I smell a trade down the line for a back up PG. Though problem with back up PG is that anyone who's half decent wants starter mins

I admit, our PGs have been really bad. 20+ turnovers for a team that usually averages 11? Jose must be out.
But I'm just trying to place blame on the wings too, you have to admit, they've also been pretty lacklustre/inconsistent/general crappiness since game 1.
