Wish I could have stayed longer; it was top notch. Glad I came out.
Ummm Nathan didn't play... At least not while I was there...
Jon Jon - ALRIGHT - Brought me back to Lot 332 Eric Morillo a million years ago. Thank you for keeping my feet moving and voice singing.
Matt C - Tunes were way to dark for the time of night - or maybe it was just me.
Joel - TUNES - until it turned to techno - call me picky
Its all about HOUSE MUSIC
Had fun - Happy Birthday Steph!

Ugh sorry - I figured it was Nathan - but apparently it was Matt.
Regardless, I've never seen any of them spin - so it was a shot in the dark for me. I had to take a guess from the flyer. I just checked Nathans site and realized it as I came here - haha. Epic fail. The price I pay for wasting too much time seeing shitty "famous" DJs in what little time I have to get out of the house.
Matt was right on point following up Jon Jon for me - a really good change of pace, after a great vibe.

Hey MK! I didn't realize you were there; I even took a look around, figuring you might be the only person I'd know there. Had to settle for dancing by myself right up against the booth

Wish I would have known who you are... You must have been right beside Mikey and I for a good portion of the night.
Another FABULOUS friday at Footwork <3 I love how FW can fill up for just the locals, such an amazing club, and always an amazing vibe.
Jon Jon for me stole the night. Such happy fun house tunes. I smiled through the entire set. Loved all the old tunes. Red Carpet - Alright is by far one of my favourite tunes ever and is a track I have had on repeat all winter to help me face the winter blues. Hearing in at FW was perfect. Thanks Jon <3
My first time seeing Matt and I did not like Matt Cs set at all. I really think he should have opened because Jons set brought my spirit and energy up so high and then he quickly smashed it into pieces. It was very up and down and all over the place for me. A few times in his set I felt zero flow and that random CDs were being put in - I would have to stop dancing and readjust. I know this was his second time spinning with CDs so maybe that was it... He had his moments where everything was amazing and we were all dancing away - so that made it OKAY. It was just a shame to see the crowd go from high energey to almost not dancing at times. I did like that he played darker, I feel that it didnt fit in with the rest of the night. (note: I always get flamed for writing bad reviews for locals, please note we are all entitled to our own opinions and we each have our own experiences on the dance floor - that is all )
Joel came on and saved the night. Only my second time seeing Joel and Im very impressed so far. Brought the energy wayyyy up. Did get a bit techy near the end but still high energy and lots of fun. Danced my butt off until I couldnt dance anymore.
Such a wicked night and as always, glad to share it with some amazing people.
