And fyi, a fetish is any sexual attraction or association towards something that is, in itself, not sexual. Shoes/socks are typically not thought of as sexual things, so yes, a sexual association towards them is technically a fetish.

Well, I share your opinion at least and I know a few others that do.

That's very true, but I believe the definition for a fetish requires that it would be an item or act essentially associated with sexual intercourse... I just don't think that feet are typically involved for most people, but I suppose you may be completely right.
