Some of us, even after ten (or more) years, still love and enjoy trance music. Others, have moved on and listen to other types of electronic music. Nothing wrong with that.
With that said, I am one of those girls who still lives and breathes trance music, as I have for many many years now. It is also my belief that I will continue to love trance music, as it brings such bliss to my life, and has become an integral part of who I am.
It is true that trance today is not the trance we all used to listen to in the late 90s and the first few years of this decade.... But there are still some decent tracks and DJs\producers out there today. So from my perspective, trance is not dying and I hope it never will. I do highly appreciate other genres of electronic music, as long as they are good quality and well produced, but trance is trance for me, and nothing will come even close to it.
I would love to see JOC, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Activa etc here in TO. Chances of that happening are pretty slim, though one can always dream
