96 will still be fine, liveset quality isn't really important, a 128 set will sound 99% the same as as 192 set.

Depends on the source the set was recorded from, if it was recorded with a mic or so then yes- 128 & 192 are just about the same. Though if someone managed to record the set straight from the Dj's mixer 192 should be played in awesome quality @ 192...
In any case- I'm shokked nobody recodnized #7

Yeah that's definitly true, but if it is a radio rip (most of the time they are radio rips right?) then there is always gonna be third party noise. Same with internet listening.
