my native language is albanian , i ve been born in greece ... and i have a degree in french language and a proficiency certificate ( cambridge and michigan ) in english ... alltogether 4 languages ...
'reasonably well ' i am able to write comunicate and coprehend in these 4 languages .. thats what i mean
but i am not here to praise myself .. seriously , these comments of mine come as an answer to the irresponsible attitude of some of these people ...

I only asked because it seems that you use the words "reasonably" and "marginally" interchangeably.
