In order for a tort to have been committed there must be a) a duty of care between two parties, b) a breach of the duty of care from one party to the other must have ocurred, AND c) the agrieved party must be able to prove damages that are causally related to the breach of duty.

As stated get a clue. Contacting the police, giving false reports, contacting as you stated people who are in contact with me (A breach of privacy) and many other things are only part of the ill behaviour you are carrying on with. Of course most of what you say is a lie, but both ways whether lieing or stating information that is false and you claim it was stated by people who lied to you about details.. your conduct is both criminal and a tort.

What I find really amusing is that you're the only person on these boards to ever acuse me of stating any falsehood and likely the only person who would believe I have.
