It could be a minor infection. Doctor might check if your eardrums are red, it is, then you might get prescribed with anti-biotic. If that works, then you are good, if not you might have to see a specialist, wish you the bests luck! take care of your ears, you can get ear plugs that doesn't effect the music.

Shit I think I just caught a mild version of the same thing today at work. I was installing a window with my head almost touching the wall, when somebody slammed his hammer damned hard several times on the other side of the wall right on the same spot. Ultra-loud mid freq made my ear go all low-pass and ringing, and it still feels unpleasant like hell. Hope it heals quickly.
