It's impossible for me to exactly pinpoint the exact song, artist or moment that got me into electronica because I loved dance music ever since I was born: 1) 80s dance-retro, 90's dance oldschool freestyle, etc. But trance and techno are filled with NRG and have an intelligent and dance floor approved sound, welcome to my ears. As i remember, Cosmic Gate first got me into trance. However the track 'Starshine' by Shockwave, showed me the other side of trance and how effective it can be. I got that track like 2 years ago now and listen to it religiously still.
