so the ACLU are just doing this to raise their overall operating cost so that they get a bigger budget next year ? Do point out what i don't get. Search and Seizure applies to data. Taking information from a server you haven't been given access to is seizure. Did they have warrants ? Nope. So you have the government taking data that doesn't belong to them without a warrant. Sounds like that might breach the unwarranted seizure part of the 4rth amendment. It doesn't matter what it is. Metadata , are you ready ? , take away meta and what do you get ? It is a form of data you fucking twit. Throw meta in front of something and you have government dick sucking bitches convincing the internet its all fine. You metagay retard.
