I don't listen to trance as much as I used since the genre has changed so much but some of my favs from the past...
Not sure if you can classify this as "uplifting" but probably my fav trance track of all time

No, old ones are fine too. No restrictions as I mentioned in the OP.
The ones you posted IMO do classify as uplifting.
Voller Sterne has an amazing uplifting melody, totally love it, but never heard it before.
You think the genre changed that much? IMO not, just other names to check out now, but there are ridiculous many meanwhile.

I still love that Reaky sound, didn't hear it for a while.

When I started going to parties, I was strictly into trance and that's what really got me into the scene. I think the years 1999-2005 were amazing for that genre. Guys like Armin, TIESTO and Ferry were pumping out the classic sounds but a lot has changed since then for these guys.
As of now, I'm a fan of Ferry Tayle - some great stuff from his live sets.

My going out days were ending when you started
Indeed these guys changed, but there many more fishes in the Ocean, they are only a little bit smaller and harder to catch. I was more of a Faithless fan than I was of Armin, Tiesto and Ferry together I guess.
I did like a.s.o.t. in order to find those fishes.
