Yeah, I was talking about that couple of pages back.. the film is really impressive. I have seen it twice. I thought you would like it

Anyways, there's nothing new now.. Ortemy, did you see 'Russian Ark' [Russkiy Kovcheg], it received great reviews.. and I've heard nothing but good things about it, but all from older people.. and I'm worried it will bore me because it's a documentary filmed in one go with a standard camera inside Hermitage.

I've seen it. The movie is very weird. I mean the way it is made, the dialogs there... I did not like that part at all. But the whole deocorations, the Hermitage, costumes - sooooo beautiful! The movie does not really have any plot/story line... I would not say it's documentary, but rather an artistic view on Hermitage and russian history.
Now the thing is that I was in Hermitage and I had to study russian history for 10 freaking years in school , so I kinda know what they are talking about there and what they are showing. Will you have the same experience? I don't know If u feel like going to a museum then this is a good movie to watch

Almodovar's? 'All about my mother' [or try 'Dark Habits' for nuns enjoying LSD!! ]
Otherwise, we talked about a lot of movies today.. so could have been
'Amores Perros'
'Brotherhood of the wolf'
'Before the rain'

Blockbuster in Richmond Hill, not convenient for you at all.

Try that video store I told you on Spadina between Eglinton and St. Clair (I don't even know what it's called, but I know it's on the west side of Spadina.. pass this cute intersection.. there was Starbucks and Royal Bank before it too -- yeah, this should help you a lot )

haha no, I'm still not convinced that it's a good reason to waste the money on the car rather than on a vacation.. TTC all the way, ride the rocket, baby!

SO, you would recommend it? OK.. will consider. I'm no stranger to art and I took some courses in University, pretty interesting.. visited Louvre, Prado and all that.. but haven't been to Hermitage
