the trouble with the england team no matter of whos in charge the players have always been picked on reputation and not form and its wrong
they will never win anything, no matter how shit lampard or gerrard play they will still get pick. You have just got to look at beckham hes playing in a shit league still not fully fit only played 1 game and will
still get in the england team.

I agree about Mclaren being a chump who needs to get booted but not picking Carragher when he had no injury problems at the back was one of his smarter decisions.

Carragher only does well for Liverpool because he loves the club and seems to be twice the player that he actually is at Liverpool as compared to when he plays for England.

When playing for england Terry and Ferdinand have more chances of winning a ball even if they had one foot compared to Carragher

sorry mate i meant champions , yes u can say that gain about Chelsea, i still can't believe that ref, he just about carded both teams in last 20 mins , most of chelsea's midfilders/defenders were getting P***ed, we were so lucky to get a draw
