Production was not better at EZ last year compared to EDC. IMO...

i think the point is that even though it's their second year throwing an event of this magnitude made has provided customers with adequate amount of information well in advance. the assumption, at least on my part, was that edc as an established big event, would provide comparable information. not blaming you, appreciate your responses but it doesn't make sense that the line up isn't even posted on the official site.

To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

that would be dope if all three of them were there! give them a three hour set leading into armin if i remember correctly, it was all three at EDC 07. but they closed with a two hour set. that was by far my favorite EDC ever, the vibe in the coliseum was epic! but i think this year might top it.

but definately in the future would love to see a bigger variety of music at EDC. i seriously miss the OM records stage that used to be at EDC and would love to see a techno/minimal stage added next year. pleeeeeeeease... for all of us grown ups that still like electronic music. in the meantime, lets all pray this god-awful nu-rave electro shit trend dies down and fast.

lol... buy the time I'd buy a plane ticket, get a hotel, and do all the other shit to get to NYC (which is a much more well known for EDM as a city than LA's scene is) the expense wouldn't make the event worth attending. Hell, I doubt I'd attend it if it was in LA. Mainly because I'm not a big of fan of the lineup myself.

As for their lineup being better... I really can't complain with EDC at all. I've already commented on it. I like it, and you don't. Get over it, its two differing opinions. If you don't like it, don't go. Unfortunately, the only way its ever going to change is if attendance drops a ton. Which isn't likely.

I can't speak to the production. Throwing my own events showed me how expensive this all is. I can guarantee by your attitude you don't have a clue how expensive any of it is. Oh well.

For all its worth, Henry's done what he can. Complain to someone bigger in the food chain, perhaps Pasquale can help you with the lineup issue since he's pretty high up there. All in all, right now, the only complaint I have is the lack of updates, but I have a busy life too so I understand when they don't get it up.

I also just noticed that the Colorado flyer is up on FB now. So maybe I'll see a flyer about 2 weeks prior to the event? Perhaps Insomniac is trying to do electronic promotions and cut back on the paper waste. Who knows.

I'd be very surprised if all three of them make it. Who's gonna hold down the TATW fort back in the UK?! This would be my first time seeing all three of them in one place IF they all show up... and I've seen them play all over the world.

Going to ETD this weekend. Will have to see if I can come to EDC this year too... one can only hope

I've thrown events before and one thing that I found suprising was how stoked alot of producers were to play in america and how cheap they were. I understand benny is really overpriced, imagine dropping him and adding like 3 more underground artists??? adults who follow electronic music would be more happy and plur kids dont know wats up anyways so theyll still come.
