hmm... i've been friends with her for awhile... but i feel as if she just wants me for other 'physical' reasons...
it's weird but when she tells me she hates trance, i feel as if she is telling me she hates me. i ask her... "Do you like the music on my webpage?" to which she replies "er... no".
music, esp trance is a big part of my life. i think i'm going to have to be strong like Brianna and cut the 'opportunities' simply to wait for someone who is as crazy about trance as i am. music is a way of life. for me, it occupies my entire life. ppl think i'm crazy travelling to nyc/boston/toronto to see pvd, "Again! sheesh!!!" but they don't realize how much of a religion it is for me.

men! i give up!
pork u sound like you have other doubts besides just the music, but that is just my opinion.
personally- i can not date anyone who isn't passionate about any sort of music or artist. you see i have always dated someone who is passionate about some sort of music, and those that are, are easiest to break into trance, which in turn makes it easier to get them to go out to a club or listen to it in the car. that is just my expeirence.
just the fact that she answers that she will not even attempt to listen to trance and says that it sounds all the same, just means that she really is not putting any effort into trying to like what you like.
yes the realtionship is new and you have time to influence her! i can not tell you how many people i have made a pvd mix and their response is *always* positive. not once have i gotten a negative response.
trance is kinda like classical music- you need to listen more to appreciate it- it is an aquired taste...
pork i can not come to toronto that day- it is easter.. i might have to work, and then spend some time with my family. the holidays this year are special to me b/c i am leaving in august for germany and i will only see my family for x-mas this year... ...
alright enough ranting... off to work *yuck*
