im much more of a 1v1 kind of gamer. ive played BF2 and thought it was awesome, but im mostly over shooters these days. haha, that said i'll be getting quake wars, crysis, and CoD4

but at the moment supreme commander really is the greatest gaming experience ive had since...probably tie fighter back in the early 90s.

Yeah, not a lot of good titles besides supcom and c&c 3 out atm. They're taking there time but the new games coming should be sweet.. Bioshock is said to be coming this month

the campaign looks pretty cool. it seems like the hero/rpg style elements of gameplay of war3 are out for starcraft in-game stuff, but there are rpg style character interactions and dialogues with characters in various areas of your ship, which is your base for the campaign. from there you choose planets to go to and missions to do, and buy technology/units to be available for those missions when you start them. looks pretty cool! also the units are still being designed/re-designed/merged/scrapped etc so still not finalised.

even though the gameplay will probably still be pretty much the same as the first starcraft with some changes here and there, and the balance will be the hard coded rock/paper/scissors style i don't think it will bother me a great deal. i've always enjoyed the story telling aspects and character of blizzard games and this one looks like it will have the goods in that department at least

i dunno philby. its just that, on my 32" tele and the speakers up loud, supcom is just the most dramatic and complete gaming experience of any RTS ive ever had. its fast and furious and takes constant attention. wicked.

getting the cock stuffed into me a bit more often than id like online too haha.

I'm surprised it runs so well at my monitor's native res on my machine. Fucking top game though, can't wait for release day end of this week. Also Crysis and Unreal Tournament 3 in the coming months!!!

Also, anyone know when the 9 series nVidia cards are coming out? I'm tossing up on whether to hold out for one, or buy another 8800GTX and run them in SLI
