I'm intrigued about James Holden.....is he progressive or what? ANd I think he's american ???
Oh and I've been really sick and weak for about 3 or 4 days, so my weekend has suxed.... 
But, thanx for asking. 
p.s. Luna i looked for a cliff bar wraper, and I didn't find one. I don't know how much carbs it has.....
It does have rice sugar and oats as some of the main ingredients though....carbsees.
