Hmm, I expected more than 275 lbs, but okay, I trust that he got stronger since then. A friend of mine is 19 years old (or so) and he has the best genetics I have ever seen, he did 3x311 lbs in front of me, I couldn't believe my eyes...
As for me, I'm not concerned with weights, the most important thing to me is that I'm in shape and that I look good. Although, like I mentioned earlier, chest is my weakest muscle group. For example, I do a lot more with legs. Even back when I was at 138 lbs I could do like 6x200 lbs squats and 8x511 lbs leg press (yeah, I know it's an easy exercise).
Anyway, I'll try to improve chest weights at least a bit, I haven't done barbell presses in a while, gotta start doing those again. 
What's your advice for best gains in lifting weights?
