nothing special, db press and fly. BUt i dont restrict it too certain amount of sets. For everything else its usually 3 sets.
but for chest i just go until i cant lift anymore. I also start out at 14, then 2 sets of 16's. Before i stopped and moved on. But now i drop the weight down till 10's.
Same with flies. They still dont look impress, thats cos my stomach is too big though.
i'd give one my testicles to be of a similiar size to you!
