Can the shell look identical to a real one?
Can I tell if it's a clone?
Is there anywhere in the software menus telling me it's actually 3GS?
Perhaps at $400 it's really too good to be true (maybe fell of a truck?) or can it be mass purchased in the US and brought up for re-sell?
It says it's unlock, that would be easy since a sim card being inserted and would have to work right away.
It says it's unbricked. That doesn't matter, but how can I tell?
Any help would be hugely appreciated! |
The clones don't run the macOS, they run WinCE. I had a clone, that craigslist dealer, Jay, was a nice guy and gave me my money back after 2 failures. Don't bother with the clones. I learned the hard way.
Unlocked means you can use any provider's sim chip.
Unbricked, means that at one point the phone's software crashed, and needed to be restored again.
Jailbroken means you can now load software from other sources than apple.
