Wiki has some suggestions that I'll have to try as well. My pupils are naturally always very dilated...so many a picture of me has been ruined by red eye.

I've tried to fix it in PS, but as it's the iris, it makes it seem like Stace's pupils are constantly pilled up

Stupid blood vessels in the back of the eyeball!
