That's my neighbour, Pedro!! We met him and his roomates at a blackout (not THE BLACKOUT). They live next door and party at the same places we do. Very cool. Not only that another set of neighbours we met at THE Blackout and the guy is a techno DJ.
This neighbourhood is very cool.
