Wow, I always thought Ferry did a good job of trying to spin techno, but now it seems he actually can.
Cool.
fair enough he was playing techno, but his mixing was just average, just like most trance djs who play techno, they dont play it like techno djs do, and so it loses some of its appeal and can get a bit boring.
as for the rest of the mix i only caught the last 45 mins of it as i was listening to hernan cattaneos resdient show (which was fucking amazing!!), and it seemed pretty good, though i still think armins the only one of the big trance djs that rocks it for me.

I think you made the right choice with Hernan Catteneo Svens.
The set was patchy, lots of lazy mixing!!! It picked up towards the end tho.
Agnelli & Nelson pres. Green Atlas - Circulation is a killer tune and Ferry's kyoto was a great way to start the mix.

lately i've been very away from irc..i just turn it on..
It really kind of sucks when Armin van Buuren and Ferry Corsten get there own weekly show's. I enjoy them, but because of them, when I hear a live set or a radio 1 mix... they arn't as good as they would have been, had they NOT have had the show.
