Whoever said working out or fitness around here, can you explain please.. I don't understand how someone can absolutely LOVE working out. I understand loving the effects of it, but the act itself I can't do.
Maybe it's just me and my hate for routine and repetition. I simply couldn't commit to it. I tried for about a year+ but I've given up on it. But the fact that I had to do it continually was driving me crazy. I can swim, play volleball, tennis, snowboard, etc etc - recreationally, for fun, without thinking about it, but the whole 'gym' idea is so annoying to me. |
it's a lifestyle. i love being in the gym, exercising, lifting weights, eating healthy. none of it seems like work to me. it helps when you know what you're doing, and you see results...it lets you know you're doing it right, and makes it easy to keep going.
