No shit. It's the same thing. Like saying that nazis from Brandenburg are worse than those from Thurningen because they killed a bit larger portion of their population.

I would also like to add something about the ethnic makeup of Yugoslavia picture I posted earlier. Bosnia does indeed look like a large portion of it contains a Serbian majority. However, that majority is rather miniscule and it rarely reaches over 70%. Same goes for other Bosnian regions. Just so that somebody wouldn't get confused and think that Serbian/Croatian/Muslim parts are ethnically pure, because they themselves are very mixed. Same goes for parts of Croatia and Serbia. And Montenegro is marked in almost the same color as Serbia, so it's kinda hard to distinguish between the two.
