IMO, People don't listen to trance because is not fashionable listening to it. It's more trendy listening to techno or progressive house. Isn't it? I mean, most people who listen to trance right now have been listening to it before 2000. Am I wrong or sth?

Yeah, Ory, You can't talk the talk, if you haven't walk the walk! It's so easy to say 'I can make it in 5 mins' but I'll bet you can't and thus that leaves us just one purpose of that ultimate cocky reply of yours: SHITSTIRRING.

Oh and you wanted to know about my musicalexperience and knowledge? It's nothing compared to yours, but I do respect other people's musictaste, and that's something I can suggest to you too. And I listen to your biggest fear: 'Dutch supersaws' and to all the artists you concider 'non-sophisticated'. I might be a musical dweeb, but thank god I am not an elitistic little shitstirrer like you!

How would you know it takes no soul to create it? You dont write trance, so don't say it. Ferry Corsten when created Sweet Sorrow was going through a difficult time for him as he said himself, so he put his feelings into the track and came up with a such emotional creation, but you would not understand it anyway, no point explaining to you, you will always have somthing critical to say back to argue and argue and argue...

If trance takes 5 minutes to write, teckno would take no time to write at all, it's a way simpler music to create, not a rockin science as I said. At least, there is an euphoria in trance, but teckno is aggressive and emotionaless.

..and by the way, stop stalking me!!

You don't know how many kids around here write trance. And guess what? It comes out sounding exactly like your Armin van Buuren, your Above & Beyond and your Robert Nickson.

Oh, I'll give trance production a shot, even though I can't put my SOUL in it. I have enough ideas for music...

I wrote in this thread somewhere in the first 2 pages, but I wanna give some more input.

As for trance being hard to produce, it's not. But GOOD trance is hard to produce.

Shit techno is even easier to produce. But GOOD techno is harder.

Due to the fact that techno is much harder-sounding and more drum oriented, producers have to be a bit more innovative and experimental in order to create well sounding productions.

This is all from personal experience, because I have tried to produce both.

Oh really? I'd probably be alot more innovative than you beloved ASOT producers. But it's not very hard to be better than them, now is it?

Stop talking and walk the walk, if you can do it.

Anyone who thinks the crap on ASOT is well-produced needs to be shot.

no one has said it is, but when you can produce better than that that is when you can slate.
