shit, im down for that.
im about 6 feet tall, weigheing in at nearly 190lbs (oscillate from there to 185lbs). i'm recently aged 17 years old.
i've a bit of a flabby gut, and have been thinking of starting working out to get some definition. i can access no gym type equipment, so... i'm pretty sure that's a damper. i'm in HS, and i don't do much other than sleep all day, due to having nothing to do and fucked up sleep patterns. i eat a lot, but in an abnormal fashion as well. no breakfast, no time normally (live fucking far away from the city). big big lunch at about 2:00PM when i get home, and a medium-weight dinner this will containt any number of ingredients in any proportions.
so, hell, tell me what i can do to myself.
EDIT: fawk that. might as well ask for the info if i can. i would like to eliminate fat from/strengthen my thighs, develop my shoulder/back as well. my main interest atm is ab definition, with the shoulder/back region as a close second, or really, just as important, as i hear it may help with my posture problems (as i am afflicted with scoliosis and whatnot). me hunched over involuntarily all the time, and being moderately tall makes me look like some fucking overgrown retard, and i would like to eliminate this.
