Maybe it's been posted already (I didn't read the long thread), but Stonebridge's "Put 'Em High" - the 12 inch mix - has quite a summery feel to it. I really like that track.

Nalin & Kane - Beachball (Original Club Mix) always has and always be my favourite summer track.

DJ Scot Project made a track which mimics this old one, i think its Asian Sunrise, but i am not sure.

Its on the A1 double vynl. Also an awesome summer track.
