don't try and change the subject with personal attacks fool

no point in trying to bring the euro club scene into my argument because i've never partied over there, but i think that one thing is certain...europe does have a healthier scene then the united states...

and i agree with krysta that a lot of it has to do with a social stigma put on EDM by the large amount of young candyraver kids that frequent the events...

and lets face it, its not like most of them probably really enjoy the music more than anyone else here. but i think the point is pretty obvious...you can't win this one with personal attacks...

Umm, my post was aimed at Lee.

And, Lee, maybe they don't get all the 'media attention' because they operate legitimately and follow rules?

dude get over your self...trying to over intelectualize everything.

The UK and Germany also have the idiotic club kids and they seem to be doing well with their clubs...did you ever stop to think - maybe YOUR type of crowd is the problem?

I mean what arrogance you have to feel that YOU should be in a club and they should not...

For the record i am not and never was a clubkid...

But i can say first hand that clubkids made the NYC scene the BEST it ever was (circa 1995)....If it wasnt for clubkids NYC would of sucked in NYC...they made Limelight, Tunnel, Twilo and Shelter.....so ya know.

Commercials? Quaint idea. I actually think making a television channel that plays strict edm would be a nice addition. The only problem with that is that most edm videos are for cheesy songs. But with channels like Fuse and MTV, people are more interested in actually watching their music (if that makes any sense whatsoever).

so if you weren't a clubkid either...then as you put it, "your kind" of the people that were the problem as well...so i really don't see your point...
