I have terrible eating habits (e.g. not eating for 12 hours or more at a time) and, so, if I had to fast I know I could do it rather easily. Fortunately for my health I will be changing my eating/exercising habits quite soon

We are not allowed to even drink a single drop of water or any sort of liquids or fruits at all during those 12 hours.....even smoking isnt allowed.......no sex or anything that sort.
