Great night all around. MO warmed things up well and TP was pretty good (Tracking Treasure Down was great to hear - I really like the male/female combo vocals on that track) but Rank 1 - holy shit. I was blown away right from the start. Didnt expect Piet to play so hard but it kept me moving the whole night. And the melodic tracks were spread out perfectly though out the set. Highlights for me were Love Themed Dusk, Awakening, Lyteo, both Airwaves, and couldnt have asked for a better closer than Silence. And I definitely remember hearing Top Gear in there just not sure when.
Euphorica thanks for coming out and hope Melissa is feeling better. Lisa I had my eye out but never saw you. Looking forward to Andy Moor in D-Town in a few weeks!

It was sooo great meeting all the ta's at the pub!! I've been to my share of these parties and i can honestly say that this was the best one yet! and i owe it all to tranceaddict. What an amazing, energetic crowd u guys are Fahima, u were a total blast and we will definitely be doing this again Andrew, ur awesome! it was really good to be able to relax at ur place b4 the long ride home. were glad the stories of our twsited pasts/childhoods werent too much lol. next time, its ur turn To everyone else i met ( icant name everyone cuz theres so many of u), it was a big big pleasure of mine Im so glad i joined tranceaddict!! What a great set by Mark Oliver, I love it when his opening is so energetic.

Crowd was really enjoyable, esp after Halloween.

Tall Paul carried on Where Mark Oliver left off.
The Police - S.O.S. (Sander Van Doorn Bootleg) was great to hear,
Also the dance floor opened up during this song.

Niveole was dancing well for someone who was bored. IMHO

I know I shouldn't be here writing this review right now b/c what I should have been doing instead was rocking it to the dirty beats of Eric Morillo at Lot 332 but certain circumstances have come up and plus I just woke up recently after trying to stay up all day from last night. Hope everyone are having a blast right now at Lot!!

last night we all witnessed a piece of masterpiece by Piet!! what an incredible set it truly was. Definately one of the best sets in terms of music this year. Hard techy trance just as promised!! AND DELIVERED!!!!

Some of the songs that killed me: Airwave (DUUH!!) Awakening (rene that's the song man!!) lyteo, superstring, senorita, point of impact, atomic outbreak, silence, and that last song cloud city 2005 holy fuck wow insanity!!! what a way to close it out but i just wish that piet could have stayed longer. why stop when everyone are having a blast?? but i guess it was kinda empty come 7:15ish, there was sooo much space to dance but at that time half the people were about to faint i think.

First of all huge thanks to Piet who made this night what it was and for coming on TA to talk to everyone. Sorry I missed the pre-party and a chance to chat with the man himself!! I totally regret it!!
Tyler - it looked like you had THE time of your life and I can't blame you. Watching you trying to get the crowd going was priceless. Definately got me more pumped up to dance to every beat!!
Nada - glad you made it, i thought for a sec there was no chance in hell you'd be missing out on rank 1 action!! Ali - man wtf was that all about?? i swear if i see that security guy on the street, i'm calling you and we're teaching him a lesson!! Fucking asshole that guy! Oh well we still got back in (sorry you had to pay though) I go to the guy "i was smoking a cigarette inside and the security guy kicked me out, like wft is that about, can i get back in?" and he lets me in. I could have just got to the guv, but oh well it's all good, otherwise if they didn't let us back in, i'd probably ask you to kill me right there!!
Sasha - brat, i know you didn't enjoy it that much but one advice i learned over the years, if your tired or not in the best mood to go, sometimes it's better to take an event off and save your money and energy. but it was a pleasure to see you again and even though u didn't feel it as much u were still dancing more than half of the guv!!

Wowza. Well that was a hell of a night/day. Absolutely awesome save for some personal drama but that can always be put aside. Mark did his usual warm up thing. He played that washing machine track I like so that made me happy :P. Tall Paul, well.. good groove.. good finish.. but everyone really wanted to see Rank 1 anyway :P. Rank 1.. ho-lee shit. Awesome awesome awesome set. I actually haven't seen Guvvy that full of energy and just pure fun for a long time. It was awesome and very refreshing.
A few circumstances prevented me from making TA meetup and when I did get up there I couldn't spot anyone I recognized really =\. But luckily for me some ppl recognized me and were extremely cool. Was nice meeting some of you guys. Will try to get a little more shmoozing in next time (Marco V!). Sash I was getting worried I wouldn't find you by the end of the night .
Magda and Nat, super fun meeting you two and your friends, also iLiptikalOrbitZ and yeah I had to cut and paste that, dude :P. Thanks for being so friendly, had fun dancin and hangin out . HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

I haven't read anything yet, but what I like to say is that I had a great night in Toronto. The meeting was nice, alltough I still had to wake up a little, and for some people called me shy, but I think waking up is a better word.... and besides that, I think everybody inside wants to ask me something so time is little during those things... sorry for those who where disappointed...

In the Guv : The feeling is great to stand up there and see all people waving and shouting to you. For me there was a little problem.. I had to mix on a mixer I didn't use before in my life and I am a kind of DJ that mixes on his headphone. So I put on all the prelisten channels to do the mixing, but..... that wasn't possible on this 1 so I had to use the monitor instead, taking that in mind I am still happy for what I delivered.

For all those people who were disappointed in the music I would like to say that music is changing and I like to be 1 of the guys who is in front of changing and not following everybody.. It is also a fact that you play a lot of records you like yourself. When I play I try to look at the crowd and see how they react. In my opinion the reactions were great!

For those who didn't like it that much a big sorry! and for those who liked it... Thanx for the massive support and the great night in Toronto!!!!


p.s. Next time i shall try to get the DJ booth on stage... much nicer for me and for you! ( thx to Jason for doing the tracklist, allthough I sometimes forgot to give him the vinyl or CD )
