on the start page you can choose between several languages (see the country flags above the navigation bar!)

Okay...so I registered, and when I go to login, it says I have to register! WTF! Am I supposed to get an email to confirm that I registered, like some websites have? B/c it's been a few hours and I haven't gotten one.

You're registered instantly - just go back to the page and log in/vote and it should be ok.
