Okay my question is this: (concerning all those drugs that increase your metabolic rate) can i take them knowing i have a bad heart (i can't have any caffeine, high sugars, or anything that'll increase my heartrate)? I'm desperate to lose weight but i also don't want to end up getting palpitations and feel dizzy all night just because i took one of those pills =/
