annoying cos i'm ALOT better on cdjs than i am on traktor.. lol

If I use live wont I have to warp the entire thing though?

not if you just cut the last track off using soundforge or something like that. import said track into ableton, mix in yours, then paste finished section back on the end of the rest of the set

You're right, but we're not expecting it within hours. There is no real deadline, except acknowledging, within 48hrs of receiving a pm about it, that you're still commited. If you turn e-mail notification on and check your mail on a regular basis, you should be fine making that deadline. You can check where the mix is at by reading the last posts of the thread and looking down on page 2, where the line-up is listed. When the mix is with the person right before you, you can expect the pm within a week. If you're expecting to have no available time, post it, so it can be taken into account.
Then you just try to do it fast, but if it takes you a day longer to get it exactly right for you, take it. Like I said, no official deadline that I know of, but keeping the group updated is appreciated. When performing with hardware (software ftw, btw, IMO), it would be considerate to set up your configuration beforehand, so you don't run into unexpected trouble, or lose time setting it up.
You'd have to check all this with mr2gti, he's the one hosting, chasing the 'runaways', drawing a random line-up,... but this was my interpretation of the unwritten rules.
