Some serious organizing help will be required here.
I am taking care of the stereo but we still need to know several things.
1. What is the start time?
2. Who is DJing?
3. Who is bringing equipment for the DJs? If no one is willing I will rent one of those dual CDJs and someone will have to donate a mixer.
4. Food - everyone should try to bring something. Even if it is a box of cupcakes or a bag of chips.
5. Will there be the large BBQ available?
6. Does anyone have any hook ups for stuff that maybe be fun for this party?

1. 2 PM - 10 PM like you said right? All music should probably be shut off by 11 PM latest. Place cleaned up by 12 AM?
2. Whoever it is, let's just hope that there's a lot of variety in music. Realizing that house seems to be the genre of choice these days, it would be kinda boring to hear nothing but it for the entire 8 hours. Would also be nice to see a mixture of old and newer TA DJs. Hopefully Nat will think up something creative like she always does. Maybe a live band or performance of some kind? How about some SAMBA!
3. Who provided the equipment last year?
4. I don't think this will be a problem, but yeah everyone should be encouraged to bring something, kinda like a potluck.
5. Hopefully we can get the same one we got last year!
6. Didn't someone say strippers before? lol... Margs gimme a shout sometime if you need help brainstorming. I don't mind lending a hand.

OK, make that 2 - 11. This is coming from the higher power. Clean up from 11 to 12. EVERYONE BETTER HELP OUT.
We will need a couple strong men to show up an hour early and help set up everything.

Just fired off a PM to Nat about this, but how big of a block are we going to take up? If there is space, why not have 2 DJs play at same time? More variety, as well as giving more TOTA DJs exposure. I'm sure we can come up with enough equipment to do this.
