Yeah, Airborne is all hype. You are better off just downing some vitamins and orange juice like I do . Man Curly, I am already over my cold and it wasn't even with me for a full two days. I think zinc is the only thing proven to shorten colds. I've tried Zicam (which has zinc in it) and it's helped me get over my colds much quicker.
