Texas and Cali I believe are necessary. Texas, Cali, Illinois, maybe Washington, and maybe DC. It would generalize the entire U.S., and most likely everyone will have a board to go to....

If the moderators or are concerned about the number of members and the activity in each "state forum".......I wouldn't worry......

that is the most random thing i have ever heard.

this is a thread for the west coast.. so washington, oregon, california.. which are all areas that its safe to say that most of us would travel to see something really good.

where does texas or illinois come into play? not tryin to be rude or anything, but maybe people should lobby for a midwest or south etc forum.. but this is for the west coast.

and we are still waiting!!!! >_<

How is that random? I was simply voicing my opinion the different states of the US that would generally somewhat cover the US. I'm thinking about everyone in general, not just myself....

well, i guess i thought it was random because this is a thread specifically rallying for a forum for the west coast (which by definition basically includes washington/oregon/idaho).. so i dont really understand why listing everywhere else in the u.s. that should be listed is really appropriate. it seems you were rallying for a forum for everywhere else in the u.s. that isnt listed, as opposed to showing support for this west coast idea.

thats why i thought it was random. i dunno, kinda like me going into a thread entitled "post here if you would like a europe - france forum" and i listed all the countries in europe i thought should have forums (in addition to france)... seems kinda out of place.

I see your point. I just think we should focus on the entire U.S. right now than just a certain part. Eventually everyone is gonna want a forum here and there, and doing it all at once and organizing it, would make it much simpler....Also swamper would be done with the U.S. and not have to hear about it again.

i completely agree, but at the same time, a creation of a giant USA forum might be a bit overwhelming. because then there would be tons of threads, and maybe only one out of 15 would apply to your area (west coast would be one division that would apply to one person, maybe someone else for the midwest, etc)...

so i think it might be more productive in the long run to fight for several large chunks rather than having them all pushed together, just for confusion purposes :/

Hmmm..... I think you are confused. Read my other post. It discusses how the US can be divided into 6 different forum divisions. One big forum for the U.S. would be insane......

honestly we just need a westcoast forum.. cali, washington,and those other states we're "petitioning" (if thats what you want to call it) and with a site revamp hopefully our own forum will be included

I know I would drive anywhere in the US west coast to see someone big, but maybe thats just me

ahh, I dun care anymore.......west coast forum, jamaica forum, doesn't make a difference to me.......lets all just see if a forum for any part of the U.S. is even gonna be created in the first place.......having to make 8 pages of posts to just get the west coast forum going, I don't even want to think about what it'd be like to have to get a Texas forum or any other forum going.........trying to prove that Texas' scene in itself is pretty near to the west coast level is hard enough......We got plenty of our own local forums in Texas.....which explains why there are only about 10 texans on this site anyway......so as far as getting a giant thread on requesting a texas forum, its most likely not gonna happen. We're still trying to prove to foreigners we don't ride horses to work, what do you expect.......
