Because i can't.
Lets take the most recent tune i looked up on mixshare Simon & Shaker - Zero (original mix) mixshare shows a few uploads for this one.. some have keyed it as a 7A, some keyed it as 8A.
I find Dm & Am on the keyboard, and hold them down (not together) at the same time while i play "zero" it sounds like a Am (8A) to me so its confirmed to the best of my knowledge.
Now you ask why dont i just do that from the begining? eventually maybe once i get the hang of, or maybe even play the keyboard. But luckily for me most of the tracks i have people have already keyed and uploaded to mixshare which is free and one click of the mouse away.
And to be honest i hardly ever go through this, because most of my tunes have repeat uploads to mixshare and they're all the same, and when i mix them with other compatible keys i can tell instantly that they work together, and if in some cases they don't i use the key board.. it just takes time but im lazy sometimes.
