In Europe/America, maybe people dont think of investing into property as much(they prob do tho)... but in Australia, the last 5 yrs, everyone has been doing it.. more affordable, until of late when real estate has gone up...

People spend money on getting pissed and drugs, what good is that, other than damaging your body? Fuck, Im about to drop $5,000-10,000 on studio gear... but I may never make the money back!

If you earn money, you freakin spend it. I have no reason to keep it in the bank!

I hope I'm misinterpreting your post, because if I'm reading it correctly then you're a dumbshit (please excuse my being blunt). You pay for two or three big properties because they're a necessity; a roof over your head, transportation, etc.

I dont buy CDs and I use dry skin lotion for and after shaving. Big fuckin deal, it costs 5 bucks. This is your body, youre supposed to take care of it. But draping it in worthless clothes just to pick up fake chicks is pointless.
