1: The reason that the track starts with the breakbeat part could be that the broadcast started ca. 2min in to the song; it is the first song in the set
2: I don't think the song is made with a changing speed, I rather think that the song is on a vinyl/CD, and Johan Gielen is pitching it up and down....
