I was going to the gym 4-5 days a week, doing a muscle group each day (chest, back, arms, shoulders), as well as running. Lately I have only been running, around 20 miles (32K) a week. I've been doing this since Nov. of last year. I have lost only a few lbs (235 starting, now 225 I am 6'1"), I'm def. lookin better.
There is nothing better than listening to some good EDM while zonin' out on a jog.
Any other runners out there who use Nike +??
