You must take in to consideration the age of concent in various countries/states/provinces. Here in tbe US 18 is the mean, Russia its 14 and in Japan I think its 12, and I believe the United Nations put a lower bounds on the age of concent as well.

The guiness book of world records states the youngest father was 6 and the youngest mother was 7 so I suppose you could go as low as that if you wanted to have a child. But regardless check your local laws and what not before you go on pursuing such a venture. And as always be carefull of the reprecusions and think of your partners feelings before engaging in said activity. Rape isnt cool, Sex-trafficing is most defenitely a dumb thing to do, and if he/she is a prostitute/sex-worker be very very carefull because they may have come from an illegal source.

mmh good question i think if it ever happened it would be like 1 year younger or 2 ...but couldnt be lower and anyway i guess it would be more an one nite stand if it was happening because i cant really imagining myself dating seriously someone younger

at 21 most of guys arent that mature so lower i guess they are still doing their teenagers's crisis so nah

i'm 21 so i'd say 21. i'd reaaaalllly have to like him if i got on with a 20 year old. i like older guys that's why.

Well, I know my girlfriend is 4 years older than I am... and she thought I was 6 years younger than her, when she met me.

I personally disagree with the whole age-maturity link. Last year, I met a really interesting 15 years old girl, and she was certainly one of the most mature people I've met after I started dating my girlfriend...

I reckon your opinion about maturity changes once you realise how immature adults tend to be...
