i have 2 cdj-800mk2s...i say they're perfect...but the problem he's noticing here is probably with vinyl rips or songs whose bpms dont stay perfectly contant or seem to gradually fluctuate on and off...in those cases, if u are mixing 2 approximately 141+ bpm poor quality or vinyl rip songs together u will find that it is nearly impossible to keep the 2 tracks perfectly beatmatched for longer than around 30 seconds. this is where the .05 pitch becomes a problem...but then if you play those 2 tracks on a cdj1000 with .02 enabled, ull notice u can keep em together for at least a good 10 seconds longer...moral of the story: get better quality music to begin with, and if in general, for music of any quality, IF u want to keep the 2 tracks together for an average of 10-15 seconds longer (assuming uve beatmatched as perfectly as possible), then the cdj-1000s or even 200s will do u better than the 800s.
