I want to buy some earphones. Maybe the shure in ear ones, not really sure yet, so just wanted to ask for some advice. What set of headphones, around 200$, is the best bang for the buck?

My Shur 2Ecs are fantastic. They ran me... forget, maybe aruond 150$? Cant remember now.

And if you go E3c, or E4cs even better quality.

But im highly satisfied w/ my 2s... block outside sound out completely. Very nice.

Thanks Jamie

Exactly what I was looking for, I don't neccesarily want to spend a ridiculous amount of money. I just want good outside sound blockage.

I'll have to agree with Jamie. E2c are great...little weak on the bass, but when the sound is isolated and outside noise is blocked out its fine. Got mine fairly cheap for under $100 about 6 months ago.

Yeah, see I really want the Bass, so I may have to move up to the E3.

RJ has those, so get his feedback on bass quality from him. Or, I know there was 1 (prolly 2 or 3 actually lol) headphone threads 1 or 2 years ago, where RJ praised the quality of them, gave a great review.

So finding and reading that review could be very handy.
