In the spectrum of electronic/dance music:
Reggaeton - Probably the worst thing I have ever heard.
Minimal - I try so hard but can't really get into the sound, and aside from maybe a few tracks by Loco Dice, Gabriel Ananda, and Aril Brikha (would he even count as "minimal"?), most of the stuff to me sounds like water trickling down through a pipe.
Happy Hardcore - Sounds too silly and childish for my liking.
Noise - I don't see the appeal of listening to brash, dissonant sounds like this.
New York Tribal/Hardhouse - Junior Vasquez, Razor N Guido, etc. Used to be HUGE over here at the turn of the century, you couldn't leave the radio on for more than 30 minutes without hearing Razor and Guido's anthem "Do It Again", but all those noisy sirens, totally overdone drumrolls, and screeching divas made me want to turn the radio dial in disgust.
Grime - Kind of ironic since back in the day I used to be totally enamored with 2-Step/UK Garage... but while the best 2-Step had impeccable production (take a listen to MJ Cole), Grime sounds very low-budget and under-produced (in fact, some of the biggest tunes were made with PlayStation 1 music maker programs)... and I dunno, Brits rapping just sounds kinda silly to my American ear :P
Dubstep - Just seems like its missing something... like Jungle without the energy, or UK Garage without the funk.
