well i dont see anything wrong with it, but whatever its his music he can do whatever he wants, but honestly if i were in his place i would let it be recorded more publicity

IMO Danny T sets are like good movies: They are worth seeing (listening to) the whole way through rather than just watching (listening to) clips of various parts.
Danny T sets are best enjoyed start to finish. Enjoy the journey - that is what he is all about.
------------
I personally like that Danny T doesn't have a lot of live sets available for download. For me, DT creates an atmosphere within the room, an environment - his performances are as much about the music as the experience that he creates while playing it.
Listening to recorded sets is great, don't get me wrong (2HP.ca survives thanks to them) but for a DJ who's performance is about the music, plus, plus - the event (and event experience) is best left for those who actually attend.

hmm...haven't read through the thread and I've only ever seen Danny T once (wasn't that impressed but it was 3 years ago so...). Anyway, first I see him whining about people taking pics during his set, and now he throws a hissy fit because a set of his is recorded? I mean...whatever, but seriously dude chill out. This happens all the time these days and nobody gets all silly and panicky like he is now.

I used to think the same thing. Until he created the atmosphere that was in the Guv at LoL. lol is right, what a joke. I really wanted to enjoy it, but frankly, it was boring and nothing special. I have seen him enough times and now I am even doubting the greatness of the other times I saw him. (well, ok, maybe not )
I could play those tunes for myself and create a better "atmosphere". I won't be overpaying for Danny T parties anymore, my eyes have been opened.
I don't listen to live sets so that doesn't even play into my opinion of DT now. But actually, the only thing that could change my opinion of Danny T now is a good live set released on the internet. How ironic.
