several years ago my mother bought an investment property. it was no easy matter, this purchase was; she spent many years saving for the down payment and all of the associated costs, she often worked but when it came to renting it out she didn't put much thought into it. guess what happened last thursday? the mother******s burned her house down because her renters rented the garage (illegally) to other people, who placed something flammable next to the water heater. oh, and there is something else. these bastards didn't pay there goddamn rent for the four previous months. |
