I don't like the idea of giving it a name as if it's something that you have. It's a state of arousal and should be described as such, using verbs.
Arousal, as I experience it anyway, comes in more like waves. Like you get a wave of a pleasant ache down there. It seems to come from deep inside the vag and surges forward affecting the clit last which creates a tight aching sensation between the vag lips. I think I covered initial arousal fairly well there.
I am insanely curious as to what getting a boner feels like. No man I have ever asked has been able to explain it to me in any words other than "I dunno... it just gets hard" lol
There have to exist general terms and analogies so that a female can understand.
