A couple of quick thoughts...
Looking at the picture (I agree, she's pretty hot...motorboat?) I wonder why they didn't just unclip the quicksnap from her collar to the leash and get on the bus?
If she's on benefits because she lives as a pet, then that's an abuse of the system...which sounds like what's going on given that she rarely leaves the house without her 'master'...get a job and play doggie on your own fucking time. You can play 'dead hooker' for all I care, but pay your way if you're able.
Her boyfriend looks like a douche.

Well I don't know how the welfare system works in the UK, but over here they would never give someone benefits because of such a lifestyle choice.
So let me reiterate that it's a stupid assumption to make, even based on the information provided.

seems like a more reasonable one than to assume that she's doing her darnedest, but, shucks--she just can't get make ends meet.

I failed to read the thread, so I'm sure someone has said this already - but if she wants to act like a dog, she should be treated like one by everyone. I think it's terrific the bus driver kicked her off, and telling her they don't allow dogs on the bus was all the more class.

I think you're missing the point.
Re-read the article, but this time put your critical thinking cap on and ask yourself how that bit of information relates to the rest of the article. What other proof is there that suggests she receives assistance because of her lifestyle choice? Why did the author choose to include that information, and how is it relevant to the rest of the story? Do you think the author has any bias? What was the author's goal when writing this article? Do you always just react to information without thinking? Etc, etc.

i disagree rob, i don't think we should go treating every mentally insane person like shit. if this girl was provided the care and love from the start maybe she wouldn't be doing this fucked up shit.
personally i'm wondering where is her family and parents and why isn't she in a treatment facility to at least attempt to turn her into a productive member of the society.
