As for judging other peoples IQ's it would be composed of a one stage analysis. Do they exist. If they do it is better to just give them a 1 and move on, as they may be useful later on, or even upset if you give them a 0. That is basically the premis, there are dead things and living things, we might as well pass the living ones cause it likely would't help anyone to fail them, especially if they are paying

But really survival isn't at all a measurement of intelligence. If you look into it without a random element evolution would never work. That is some smart people dying and dumb ones surviving. Aside from that I don't really reckon such a thing is measurable, I know that's what your getting at, but in a different way.
